I am an international student, on March 19, 2020  driving police caught me in Rawlins, WY and charged me for three violations which are 1) WS 31-5-301  biii(2)   2) 31-5-209 ai  3)  31-5-236(1) and asked me to appear in court. I am very worried for these charges. Please tell me, what should I do now and what penalties I may face? Will I go to  jail? Will it affect my F1 visa status. This is the first time I am charged for anything.
