HDL kosam daily 1 avacado, walnuts,almonds , weekly 3 times salmon fish tinna . weight decrease iyya oka 5 kgs in a month . oka pakka corona tension .oka pakka idi Any suggestions . 1 Quote

We only treat Hypercholesteremia if individual has any other risk factors for stroke or heart attack. Take a chill pill and do the following 1. cut down oily food 2. try to limit carb intake 3. keep working out 🏋️ Quote
