(ippudu gyms undavu.. corona situation.. do whatever u can at home..) give it 60-90 days... you will notice difference.. Quote

I was in same boat below is helped me to stabilize the numbers . 1) 5 badam , 5 walnut and 5 peacons overnight soaked and had it for breakfast. I have increased the count and stopped at 10 each 2) Add green leafs or raw vegetables to the diet. Inam just sharing my experience bayya . It helped me my HDL:51; LDL:120: Triglycerides:67 Quote
