Amendement with title A tho applied(its in process)

after 3 months extension Title B tho applied 

same location  so how this can be treated by uscis...?

Why do u want to reply for RFE for amendment when u have extension petition in process too unless its not premium ?  But yeah you can update while answering RFE. Why are you worried about all this sir? These are simple things your lawyer should take care.

You can apply amendment and extension together upto 6 months before your i94 expiry.  Anyways good luck !
