Some have the natural gift and some others by way of practice and concentration on diction.. 

Since its short length shouldn't be much of issue for them... Now a days it's kind of trend for the artists to give voice over in other languages, Jr NTR seem to have given voice over for Puneet Raj kumar movie and even sing a song...
