Los Angeles restaurants in crisis

Mayor Eric Garcetti ordered all dine-in service suspended at Los Angeles restaurants to curtail the spread of the novel coronavirus. Takeout and delivery are still allowed and small businesses need customers more than ever.

Some restaurants announced they’d be temporarily closing. Many others have made a hard pivot to takeout and delivery. But such a shift isn’t easy nor necessarily profitable
