dont forget to wipe out the carts as many times as you can, and rub it in between your hands too..

use purell before and after shopping...

maintain distance, 

watch over on the one's couging, 

make a list on wha needed,  do not spend any extra time around,..

use hand sanitizes in car before you get out of car and after you get inside the car 

once you get home, the fist thing is to hand wash for about a minute, then take a shower if you can quickly. 

i do these when i go shopping...
