Usually they will be 30-50 $ per month . I am not sure if u can find someone to get them installed in current situations.

Rent them from appliance warehouse. Check with your apartment office too. They may have tie up with a specific rental company.

If you have hookups best to buy basic modesl like Maytag or Amana. 

I bought Amana for my rental units and they are fine. They have good resale value also. $800 ki set vastundi. After 3 years you can sell them for $400-$500. Much cheaper than renting. Also with renting - you get used ones. No one knows which home(s) they came from considering all the situations.
