Yeah . 4 hours before is darunam.  Lockdown announce chesina he might have let people go to their own homes and be lineant for 2 days . Have some public transportation too .

I don't know if States were informed before hand about this lock down seems lack of coordination between Center & states... If states were hinted in the back-end before making it public they could have looked for alternatives.
