Need Clear process guys. Mother ki April 15 na flight but India ki appatiki flights allow chestado ledo teliyadu. So extension apply cheddamani planning.

create account

search for i539 online application fill out the details and pay the fee

455$ per person.

and you get the notice immediately

wait for biometric appointment..

 

last week apply chesa.

1. Did you submit application online. 

2. Financial affidavit form(I-134) ni fill chesava neevu online lo. (I 539 form online lo fill chestunte Dantlo oka question vundi show us how did you manage without employment ani).

3. Oka vela 134 form ni nimpithe I539 tho ela attach chesi online lo submit chesavu ante. (Am planning to sponsor my parents that's why am filling I 134 form)

4. Emanna notary cheyala documents ni like bank statement or any other document ni.

no notaries,

only a supporting letter, noting where the person live, and who will take care of expenses.

her health insurance and return ticket will suffice.

Bro...If possible can you share the supporting letter format?.

Reg: Request for extension of stay on B2 visa

I am enclosing the application and the documents herewith for the extension of stay for my parents who are currently in the U.S. on B-2 tourist visa. According to their current I-94, their authorized stay expires on 04/30/2020.

However, due to international travel restrictions and CoVid-19 pandemic, I would would like to extend their stay in the U.S. until 11/04/2020.

During their extended stay, they will continue to stay at my house located at 123 Park Avenue, Iselin, NJ 08830, and I will continue to provide all financial support to them during that time.

Please find the following documents enclosed herewith:
* Copies of Form I-94
* Copies of all pages of passports
* Copies of Return airline tickets

Spartan bhayya thanks for the info. I think i should have checked this thread before I mailed my application. 

I didn't fille anything online i just downloaded the 539 and 134 pdf filled it by hand and it posted with the check and supporting docs.

Is that ok or should I still submit the application online.

Please help.
