This is actually a noble idea...railway coaches can be turned to quarantine hospital wards much faster than it takes Chinese to build a hospital in 10 days..

actually that whole Hospital build thingy was kind of way to divert international media away from actual numbers..

during the first 2-3 weeks of February..they didnt report any numbers..but kept on showing they are building ...etc..

have they ever released a foto of that hospital completely or partially occupied by patients....NO.
