Mortgage rates came to 3 to 3.25% today

They are changing frequently. But I just called wells fargo mortgage and they told me that Refinance at 3.25% is possible if we lock the rate today. If you try with credit unions, you might get 3%. By middle of summer prices will stabilize at 2.75 to 3% for 30 year mortgage..

Yes by July-August 30 year rates will be inside 3.. like 2.5 to 2.75
