Bank jobs ee time lo kashtam baa.. definitely furloughs and layoffs after couple of months..

If your current job Is good, you can ask for more time given the current situation.. tell them that you will join in 2-3 months.. they might hold the offer for you..

Em kadu . Their offer is contingent upon approval alane offer sign chesi you can back out . They close position only after we join . You are good .

Transfer approve ayina you can fall back on your old employer. Different petitions and each will have their own validity and i94 number .

U never transferred your current H-1 in first place. So, u r good to file current H-1. There’s no concept of H-1 transfer.

Nothing will happen bro..you can have 'N'  number of H1'S but you should be working for only one employer
