rice appadallo she used to put some onions and corriander fry chesaka they used to give onion flavor damn I  miss them. type chestunte ippudu chesukoboye noodles tinabuddi kaadu ani anipistundii

First thing i have in morning is turmeric , allam vesii water lo udakapetti one tea spoon ghee vesi taaguta. full energy, carbs cravings taggistundi..additionally tala tala merise skin. cooking lo ghee veyadam valla, healthy fats vachi, carbs ekkuva tinabuddhi kaadu. healthy portions tintam

Haha ..i can imagine. Majjiga merapakayalu are same as challa merapakayalu.  Memu kuda pindi vadiyalu chesukunevallam. 

After my father got BP anni bandh .  No fritters, no ghee and very less oil food started . I miss those days. Even pappu lo pachi merapakay tinte super untundi. 

I dont ask my mom now but i am really happy when she keeps them and sends me. braces_1

You made me crave for some thign very interesting now.  Edo okati manchiga vandukunta.

Microwave lo you can cook without oil same taste will come naa

Avuna ? I am scared i will get fat anduke tina. I will get ghee when i go to indian stores this time. Thanks !
 

Recently i switched to peanut oil too. Ade good than other stupid oils ani chadiva. I now use peanut oil/coconut oil/avocado oil.

Ghee/Coconut oil are best alternatives. Nen recently chala weight loss ayya. thanks to these healthy fats roju kanisam 40 grams fat tinte, carbs content taggipoddi anamata. Fats are not the culprits....carbs are....bheshugga tinachu :D

They can ship rey but this probably is bad time.  India ki early this month povalsindi cancel chesukunna lekapote abba super ga avakayalu vadiyalu pettukunevallam elano time antha khali ney. Alalne oka 100 mamidipallu tinedanini. EM chestam ila irrukkoni poyam.
