good... if you are going for a new home dont rush.. builders have their own lenders and you will have two to three weeks of time to get a pre approval... you are in a good position now.. just wait for few more months..

Just make sure you have proof of income like you should be getting 1099 every year kada from your company... use that as a source of income and tax returns to support
