The reason WHO recommends not wearing masks is they don't want people hoarding masks and make it unavailable to health care professionals. If you have one do wear it when you go to an enclosed space with people.

This is because if every one wears there is shortage of masks.

South Korea manditorize to wear masks all the time outside.

Masks also prevents not to touvh mouth or nose.

Even trumph said you can use scarf instead of masks.

They said they didn't find any human-human transmission of covid-19 in january which is outrightly bullshit..They didn't alarm any country that this is going to spread..so mee discretion ki odilestunna..I don't see how a healthy person could be affected by wearing the mask
