Dont be a tissue paper for companies working in consulting jobs..do well in life by moving a step ahead..

job security wise consulting jobs are like toilet paper for companies..full time ki respect aina untadi when need comes to fire and they do only if its really needed and do it gracefully.

They dont terminate ur H1B right next day. They give u 2 months time and you can find another FT job or time balekapothe u can again transfer ur H1b to some consulting firm...
