h1 extn /amendment processing lo undi ..i94 kuda expiry aipoyaka vere project ki chnage avocha? Old application withdraw seskovacha...or malli vere amendment file seyyocha?

You can do what ever until 240 days after ur i94 expiry 

on 241 st  day u should be in India

Your application is not denied but in process so you can. Avvo lo adagandi to be sure . Lawyers will respond for free. Good Luck!!

Naku specialty occupation RFE padindi. We dont have required documents to answer it so we filed new petition not answering that application after my i94 expiry and got approved.

Same project same situation no documents as security clearance project but education evaluation cheyincharu and nenu oka document na job ad permission lekunda confluence lo  kottesa  in-spite of my manager clearly saying we will not provide any document including email conversation . It had min bachelor degree ani. 2nd petition Approved in 3 days.
