naku plus entante I am eating 100% at home, no unnecessary wastage of money just essential stuff

minus - I started looking at screens a lot (TV, Laptop, Phone), limited exercise

Mix and match, do stretches first even for yoga... There is one Shilpa Shetty video on YouTube.
