I think they work with WITCH companies like TCS, Wipro etc.. 2 years back nenu chesina project lo there were one of the approved vendors. I didn't hear any complaints..

I once worked as contractor to wipro through IDC ... last pay check eggotadu after project completion .... I sent client timesheet screenshot from client email (like I always did for that vendor) .... after 3 months my employer said check not cleared from IDC ... when asked they said to resend me client timesheet screenshot . When I said I don’t have access they said they can’t help because they couldn’t find my email 

 

oka 6 months back and forth emails tarvatha I stopped fighting , coz I don’t have any proofs to say I worked ( client manager also left )  

 

 

tldr : IDC people will lie

I worked with ass hol* for 3+ yrs. He pays very less.

He is name is sure**

He is main vendor for TCS etc...& all lafoot crap companies.

I worked in 2015&2016 with IDC. horrible. pay late chestadu . we have to keep check with them. my suggestion is join temporarily mean while look for other jobs. I knew its not good time to search due to corona.

we cant skip these layers if we go with desi consulting companies like TCS, CTS etc.
