nenu adigite, nee application support chestaam, sponsor cheyyalem annaru.. (inner meaning dabbu karchu pettalem ani nenu anukuntunna)..

naa questions:

1. I-140 vachevaraku green card ki yenta karchu avutundi? USCIS fee vs attorney fee?

2. Legal ga nenu pay cheyyocha? both attorney and uscis fees? or at least attorney fees..

3. How long does it take to get I-140, assuming I-140 done in premium..

If they can support you with all documentation you can ask immigration lawyers to file for you... again to get labor approved and prevailing wages, your employer need to provide lots of information and not sure how extend they will be providing it...

it may cost you around 10K and depends on queries and lawyers fee it may be little less or high..

one of my friend did it and it works on this way also.. good think is his employer gave whatever his lawyer asked for..

except EB1A and EB2 NIW all other remaining applications needs employer sponsorship..... EB4 EB5 vere cinena anukooo.. so manaki IT koolaki applicable kaaaadhu

3. first PERM cheyyalii..which takes 8-24 months these days.. once PERM approved i140 premium...15 days

4. Vaaalu quote ivvvaruuu, they go by case by case...u n eeed to consult them for 20 min...$250.... then based on your immigration story they will be quote..
