The current prices for Properties will go down atleast by 40% by end of the year and beginning next year. you might get individual house for your budget rather than buying a townhouse.. Keep the cash and wait for the right time to enter. This is very true Quote

I will buy sweets for you if it comes down 40%. what you are saying is $500k home will come down to $300k. Do you know how much material and labor costs to build it ? Quote

nijamena Posted April 6, 2020 Report Posted April 6, 2020 Situation is tricky now. Unemployment numbers are growing exponentially. Markets are in unpredictable. Companies like Microsoft are in hiring freeze from this month. Companies are not selling anything now. Our team used to see three or four clients going live every week. This time it is not happening. In all hands, they have revised the targets. It may be pretty bad or it may stay as is. If I were you, I will hold on to cash. Some analysts are predicting dowjones go down to 15k. If this happens, invest money there you can buy home in cash. Just my two cents 1 Quote
