No way.. only option is to apply for h1 transfer and join as a consultant with them..

Minimum 40 hours (full time). On top of it, if both employers are okay, he can do part time too 

 

2nd employer has to file a H-1B as well

same employer.. unna company ethesaru due to issues with investors.. kotha company pettaru anta, stil getting taxid etc.. h1 lo part time kuda teeskovachu ante chusthunnaru so they can give him less pay

He should apply transfer ASAP and look for another opportunity . Part time won’t work .  Java ayite let me know state project lo requirement undi ani vendor asked me few days back . I am not sure if it’s going on hold but we can try submitting .
