but what I think is whoever want to opt out should have an option to opt out... i dont think that amount is sufficient for all and 60 plus % people dont need that money but their greed will not stop them from taking it... atleast oka 10% ayina opt out avvalanukune vallaki aa option untey baguntadi atleast the money reaching the really really needy will be more...
