Pick a business you understand or interested in and research on it...like thier bussiness model..how they make money..whats the net profit margin...whts their share in the sector etc...it will take time..i see most the guys suggesting here dont even have a clue about the financials of the company...say you know a road facing commercial site in gachibowli is valuable and appreciates in future..Sure you cant go wrong with it...but what do you think your returns will be if you are paying 20 or 40 lakhs for sq yrd now?

I would say stay away from LK

Good list. I would remove Park Hotels. Their fundamentals are very bad. Their locations, real estate deals, service and everything is subpar. 

I would replace Park Hotels with Hyatt (after a dip). 3 year target is $100

once fraud happened and they got caught..you need to get out asap..we dont knw wht else they got gng and you dnt want to be with a management who are fraudsters...i see people buying here jst because it dropped 85% and they think its a bargain..its ridiculous

Adhey ivvalti nunchi ammadaniki kuda ledhu anukunta... Same type of person nenu kuda.. rookie mistake.  Hope I learn from this and never repeat this later.
