Boris Johnson 'stable' in ICU and does not have pneumonia, says Downing Street

The UK prime minister was moved to intensive care following his hospital admission over his coronavirus symptoms. A Downing Street spokesperson has said that Johnson was not on a ventilator but has received oxygen support. As Boris Johnson remains in hospital, Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has been asked to step up "where necessary."
