I can argue when a new virus like this starts from any other nation like Brazil or Africa, it takes too long to even find out. So don't expect like day one everyone aware of it.

you attribute efficiency and intelligence to the central command, but the level of complexity in the world we live in means they are actually dumber than the avg man.

whether its the US/China/Indian govt.

See the accusation behind the virus origins is based on more of a breach of trust. If they were more transparent in letting WHO & foreign govt bodies know beforehand on the ground situation things would have been different is the main blame. 

Of course a case cannot be made against what Chinese are eating, raw or cooked; or whether it is a bioengineered virus without solid evidence

Now if you ask what did the US/UK do with its Intelligence and all.. or even after knowing what they knew. That is a different story.
