my 5 year old kid tho daily chinna chinna exercises, 10-15 mins yoga 10-15 meditation few in mornings few in evenings.

Manam em chesthe kids avi chestaru..

Inka kid ki assignments istunna.. TV time cartoon/moral stories/Fun channels/Educational etc etc. everything not more than 30 mins..

Family time during lunch and after office time.. Just mix and match

Afternoon wife and kids should sleep mandatory for 2 hours/ Or at-least they should not disturb.. So that I can focus more on office work during that time..

Evenings online poker with friends..

Alternate days 2nd show movie.

Sleep 12 - 7.
