Most of the things which are known to us but just putting some points

 

1) accept the things they way are dont try to force them 

2) DO new thingg every day, learn new thing every day

3) Tell Kids if they can understand you are going through some pressuresm if small kids talk to them in humoour 

4) Healthy food and Exercise is must and must

5) Medidation for sleep disorders, join some group gyms which are online and get exercise for better sleep

6) Be social with old frieinds , relative using technoligy

7) Pray to the nature or pray to God if you believe in him and trust as humans we will pass through this bad phase
