IRS did not withdraw money from my account

Last month Taxes file chesanu... IRS and maa state ki kontha amount kattedi undey so withdrawal date April 1st icha... with the acocunt number and everything... 

State has withdrawn on April 1st but didnt see IRS taking ... is it normal ? how can i check ? or Covid-19 valla delay avutunda...??

refund antey okay but withdraw ki enduku delay?
