Mirage Posted April 10, 2020 Report Posted April 10, 2020 The news is from April 6th. 1,445 cases out of a total of 4,067 cases are related to Tablighi Jamaat gathering, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal said on Monday. “693 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total number to 4,067 in India out of which 1,445 cases are related to Tablighi Jamaat,” Agarwal said at the daily press briefing here. The Joint Secretary said that 76 per cent cases are males and 24 per cent are females. “In 47 per cent cases, the victims are less than 40 years old, and in 34 per cent cases the patients are 40-60 years old. In 19 per cent of cases, the patients are 60 years or above,” he said. Quote
