All_is_well Posted April 12, 2020 Report Posted April 12, 2020 హెచ్సీక్యూ కేవలం నియంత్రిస్తుంది కరోనా చికిత్సకు హైడ్రాక్సీ క్లోరోక్విన్ ఉపయోగపడదు ఐసీఎంఆర్ హెడ్ సైంటిస్ట్ గనగాఖేద్కర్ మలేరియా వ్యాధి నివారణకు వినియోగించే హైడ్రాక్సీ క్లోరోక్విన్ (హెచ్సీక్యూ), ఎంతో మంది అంచనా వేస్తున్నట్టు కరోనా వ్యాధిగ్రస్థులకు ట్రీట్ మెంట్ గా పనికిరాదని ఐసీఎంఆర్ (ది ఇండియన్ కౌన్సిల్ ఆఫ్ మెడికల్ రీసెర్చ్) వెల్లడించింది. ఇది కరోనా వైరస్ ను కొంతమేరకు నియంత్రిస్తుందే తప్ప, వైరస్ బారి నుంచి పూర్తిగా మానవుడిని రక్షించలేదని స్పష్టం చేసింది. "విదేశాల్లో రెండు సార్లు దీనిపై ట్రయల్స్ జరిగాయి. అవేమీ అంత సంతృప్తికరంగా లేవు. ఇండియాలో హెచ్సీక్యూ అవసరం ఉందని భావిస్తే, అది నియంత్రణలో భాగమే తప్ప, చికిత్సకు కాదు" అని ఐసీఎంఆర్ హెడ్ సైంటిస్ట్ రమణ్ ఆర్ గనగాఖేద్కర్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. "ప్రస్తుతం కరోనా చికిత్సలో నిమగ్నమైన డాక్టర్లకు హెచ్సీక్యూను ఇస్తున్నాం. ఒకవేళ, వారి శరీరాలు కరోనా సోకకుండా తట్టుకున్నట్లయితే, దీన్ని మేము వాడుకోవచ్చని ఇతరులకు సలహా ఇస్తాం. ఈ విషయంలో ఫలితాలు ఇంకా రాలేదు" అని ఆయన అన్నారు. ఇదే సమయంలో హైడ్రాక్సీ క్లోరోక్విన్ వినియోగిస్తే, ఎన్నో ఇతర ప్రభావాలను ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి వుంటుందని ఆయన హెచ్చరించారు. హెచ్సీక్యూను వాడాలని సాధారణ ప్రజలకు తాము ఎన్నడూ సిఫార్సు చేయలేదని తెలిపారు. వైద్యులు మాత్రమే దీన్ని సిఫార్సు చేయాలని, అది కూడా రోగి పరిస్థితిని బట్టి వారు నిర్ణయిస్తారని స్పష్టం చేశారు. కరోనా విషయంలో ప్రజలు ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని, వారంతట వారుగా హైడ్రాక్సీ క్లోరోక్విన్ ను కొనుగోలు చేసి వాడాల్సిన పని లేదని గనగాఖేద్కర్ వెల్లడించారు. హెచ్సీక్యూ వాడకంపై ఇంకా పరిశోధనలు సాగుతున్నాయని, ఎటువంటి ఫలితాలు వచ్చినా, వాటిని ప్రజలకు వెల్లడిస్తామని అన్నారు. ఈ అధ్యయనాలు పూర్తి కావడానికి మరింత సమయం పడుతుందని అన్నారు.
