Yeah, very best in the world except for the fact that non emergency services usually have a waitlist of months to years. 
 

Rich britons travel else where to get their non emergency surgeries done, the National insurance tax and funding for NHS is now more expensive than private insurance based healthcare. 
 

NHS is now an outdated medical service provider.
