I asked you this question about lca when you posted . I thought they can’t as big companies can’t pay less than lca and manipulate visa rules .

Furlough not possible. Maa company lo H1-B thappa migatha vallani 2 weeks furlough theesuko mannaru.

They can do pay cut. Cummins lo only 4 work days/ week and 20% salary cut H1B meeda unna vallaki.

Just ask them to convert to hourly employees even if they mention "salaried" in H-1B?
