Refi ee 3.2 vuntey why 3.8 for new .. do 10 down and you can get 3.2 easily with penfed

Try united wholesale mortgages or quicken loan..me and my friend both did refi recently recently with them 2.75 15yr 0down loan..another friend of mine 3.2 for 20yr fixed..

Based on how much you down pay if it’s less than 20 and you are trying to bake in the pmi in to intrest it’s ok if not 3.375 to 3.5 is better
