Btw, castor oil topical application work avvadhu. Oral ga theesukunte, it will work. Since It also works as laxative, long term usage will cause constipation problems. Adhe malabaddhakam.

Long term thesukovachu, but not regularly bro.

Once in a week or 10 days 1 teaspoon oil Hot water tho thesukunte, you can get rid of stomach worms which are the main reason for indigestion, constipation, Sinus problems.

But you need to get organic and unprocesssed.

That's correct. What I am saying is for hair. Daily oral usage helps for hair. But it has adverse affects.
