Mee mee recipies ikkada padeyandi....

Tomorrow afternoon try chesta. I tried few times and failed. Except with friend continues guidance. Gajaini Mohammed ya dandayatra in biryani continues..

try to brine chicken ... it becomes soft just like in restaurants

marinate kanna brine works better baa.....

the chicken cooks much faster and remains juicy...

i tried both the methods but brine turned out to be really good

First nuvvela try sesavo seppu ikkada..experts will correct it

usually nenu one hr pedatha...yes...water first salt vesi konchem salt water laaga vundaali taste..

dhantlo lo leave the chicken for an hr...
