గతంలో నారాయణ, శ్రీ చైతన్య కళాశాలలో అక్రమాలపై విచారణ చేపట్టి.. గుర్తింపు లేని కాలేజీలను రద్దు చేయాలనీ సామాజిక కార్యకర్త రాజేశ్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. దీనిపై గతంలో రాష్ట్ర హైకోర్టు విచారణ చేపట్టి రాష్ట్రంలో గుర్తింపు లేని కళాశాలల వివరాలపై నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని తెలంగాణ ఇంటర్ బోర్డును సూచించింది. అయితే మార్చి 4 నుంచి ఇంటర్ పరీక్షలు జరగనున్న నేపధ్యంలో కాలేజీలు మూసివేస్తే విద్యార్ధులపై ప్రభావం పడుతుందని.. అందుకే పరీక్షలు ముగిసిన తర్వాత గుర్తింపు లేని, నిబంధనలు పాటించిన కాలేజీలపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవడానికి అనుమతి ఇవ్వాలని అప్పట్లో తెలంగాణ ఇంటర్ బోర్డు హైకోర్టును కోరింది. వాదోపవాదనలు విన్న హైకోర్టు ఎన్‌ఓసీ లేని కాలేజీలపై చర్యలు తీసుకొని ఏప్రిల్‌ 3న తుది నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించింది. కాగా, మొత్తానికి కోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు తాజాగా నిబంధనలు పాటించని కాలేజీలపై తెలంగాణ ఇంటర్ బోర్డు చర్యలు తీసుకుంది.
