Javascript database knowledge untey better but not mandatory konni projects lo webservice knowledge kuda kaavali company lo some systems might call service now api so vallaki manam integration ki help cheyyali kadha. ITIL knowledge kuda untey better

As a fresher, it’s bit easier to survive on Servicenow..

SNOW lo ipudu duniya modules vachinayi..but core fundamentals are same. Java Script okati vasthe inka easy avutundi...and best part of SNoW is that all answers are available on snow documentation and communities...from job point of view, manage cheyadam easy especially with the resources available..!
