40:45  CBN should run own Parallel govt, (start a company, be ceo and run independant govt at own cost, appoint cabinet advisors etc)

Btw, I am not from AP.. just watched the rec out of curiosity and found the second suggestion, outrageous.  May be that guy could should have suggested some kind of charity org or something.. but a parallel govt with cabinet advisors etc with own cost.. lol..
