కేసీఆర్ చెప్పిన కొత్త లాక్ డౌన్ రూల్స్...హైలైట్స్

తెలంగాణలో మే 7 వరకు లాక్‌డౌన్ పొడిగిస్తున్నట్లు కేసీఆర్ ప్రకటించారు. దేశంలో మే 3 వరకు లాక్‌డౌన్ ఉన్నా ఏప్రిల్ 20 తరువాత కొన్నిటికి సడలింపులు ఇస్తామని కేంద్రం చెప్పింది. కానీ, తెలంగాణలో మాత్రం ఎలాంటి సడలింపులు ఇవ్వబోమని కేసీఆర్ చెప్పారు. ఆయన ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో హైలైట్స్ ఇప్పుడు చూద్దాం..

• తెలంగాణలో ఇప్పటివరకు 858 పాజిటివ్ కేసులు.
• ఈరోజు కొత్తగా 18 కేసులు. 
• ఈరోజు వరకూ 21 మంది మరణించారు.
• 186 మంది కోలుకుని డిశ్చార్జయ్యారు.
• ప్రస్తుతం 651 మంది చికిత్స పొందుతున్నారు. 
• చికిత్స పొందుతున్నవారిలో ఎవరి పరిస్థితీ విషమంగా ఏమీ లేదు.
• 33 జిల్లాల్లో 4 జిల్లాల్లో ఒక్క కేసు కూడా లేదన్నారు.
• దేశంలో కేసుల రెట్టింపు సమయం 8 రోజులు ఉండగా తెలంగాణలో అది 10 రోజులుగా ఉంది. 
• మరణాల రేటు జాతీయ స్థాయిలో 3.22 శాతం ఉండగా తెలంగాణలో 2.44 శాతం ఉంది.
• దేశంలో సగటున ప్రతి 10 లక్షల మందిలో 254 మందిని పరీక్షిస్తుండగా తెలంగాణలో 375 మందిని పరీక్షిస్తున్నాం.
• తెలంగాణలో లాక్ డౌన్ మే 7 వరకు పొడిగింపు..
• రాష్ట్రంలో ఎలాంటి లాక్ డౌన్ సడలింపులు లేవు..
• మే 7 వరకు ఏ ప్రాంతం నుంచైనా ప్రజలు తెలంగాణకు రావొద్దు..
• ప్రస్తుతం ఏ నిబంధనలున్నాయో, ఎలాంటి ఆంక్షలున్నాయో అవన్నీ కొనసాగుతాయి.
• స్విగ్గి, జోమాటో వంటి ఫుడ్ డెలివరీ సర్వీసులకు తెలంగాణలో అనుమతి లేదు..
• పండుగలకు, ప్రార్థనల కోసం బయట అనుమతి లేదు..
• రెడ్ జోన్ లో ప్రజలు ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ బయటికి రాకూడదు..
• మూడు నెలల పాటు అద్దెలు అడగొద్దు.. ఇంటి ఓనర్లు ఇబ్బంది పెడితే 100కు డయల్ చేయండి..
• స్కూళ్లు నెలవారి ట్యూషన్ ఫీజులు మాత్రమే తీసుకోవాలి.. ఇంకా ఎలాంటి ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయకూడదు..
• మే నెల కూడా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల జీతంలో కోత కోనసాగుతుంది.. 
• పోలీసులకు, శానిటేషన్ సిబ్బందికి పది శాతం ప్రోత్సాహకాలు మే నెల కూడా..
• బ్యాంకుల్లో ప్రభుత్వం వేసిన డబ్బులు వాపస్ పోవు, అధైర్య పడొద్దు..
• ఆసరా పెన్షన్లు యధాతధంగా ఇస్తాం, ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు..
• అన్ని పంటలను ప్రభుత్వమే కొంటుంది.. రైతులు ఆందోళన చెందవద్దు..
• ప్రజాభిప్రాయ సేకరణ చేస్తే లాక్‌డౌన్ కొనసాగించాలనే చాలామంది కోరుకున్నారు. 
• 92 శాతం మంది ఇదే అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 
• కొన్ని చానళ్లు చేసిన సర్వేల్లోనూ ఇదే అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తం చేశారు ప్రజలు.
• ఎన్టీవీ చేసిన సర్వేలో కూడా 92 శాతం మంది ఇదే అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 
• తెల్ల రేషన్‌కార్డుదారులకు మే నెలలోనూ ప్రతి కార్డుపైనా వ్యక్తికి 12 కేజీల చొప్పున ఉచితంగా బియ్యం. 
• ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి రూ. 1500, మే మొదటివారంలోనే ఇది అందుతుందది.
• పరిశ్రమల యాజమాన్యాలు ఇబ్బందిపడుతున్నామని వినతులు పంపించారు.. లాక్‌డౌన్ సమయంలో ఏప్రిల్, మే నెలలకు వారు చెల్లించాల్సిన స్థిర చార్జీలు రద్దు చేస్తున్నాం.
• తెలంగాణ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ మెడికల్ సైన్సెస్ అండ్ హాస్పిటల్(టిమ్స్) ఏర్పాటు. 
• గచ్చిబౌలిలో క్రీడా భవనాలు కేటాయింపు.
• రైతులు పండించిన పంట ఉత్పత్తులన్నీ కొంటున్న ఏకైక రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ.
• మే 7 తరువాత కూడా పెళ్లిళ్లు వంటివి వేడుకగా జరుపుకొనే అవకాశం లేదు.
• ఈ నెల రోజులు ఫంక్షన్ హాళ్లను ఎరువుల నిల్వకు తాత్కాలిక గోదాములుగా వాడాలని అధికారులకు సూచించాం.
• 130 కోట్ల భారతదేశానికి అన్నం పెట్టగలిగే దేశం ప్రపంచంలో ఏదీ లేదు.
• అందుకే వ్యవసాయాన్ని నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయడానికి ఏమాత్రం వీల్లేదు.
• రైతులను, సాగును కాపాడుకోవాల్సిందే.
• వ్యవసాయ పనులు, దాని అనుబంధ పరిశ్రమలు కొనసాగించాలు.
• భౌతిక దూరం పాటిస్తూనే ఈ రంగాలు నడవాలి, లేదంటే తీవ్రమైన ఆహార సమస్య ఎదురవుతుంది.
• దేశ విత్త విధానం కేంద్రం చేతిలో ఉంది, ఏం చేయాలన్నా కేంద్రమే చేయాల
• వెంటనే రాష్ట్రాలకు ఎఫ్‌ఆర్బీఎం పెంచాలని ప్రధాని మోదీని కోరాం.
• రాష్ట్రాలు ఈ క్లిష్ట సమయంలో ఆర్థికంగా నిలబడాలంటే ఇది తప్పదు.
• తాను ఇప్పటికే ప్రతిపాదించిన క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఈజింగ్, హెలికాప్టర్ మనీ వంటివి అమలు చేయాలి.

Post may 7th,  its better to lift lockdown conditionally and in phases area wise.

Hyd lo better to maintain 144 section all day and restrict or seal the temples, churches, mosks and other public places and deal with iron hand if someone tries to do any activities in public/religious places.

Lets give some rest to god also, please  !!!!

Telangana extends lockdown til 7 May

According to reports, the Telangana government has decided to extend lock down in the state till 7 May. During this period, food delivery services will not be permitted to function and no religious congregation will be allowed in any place.

Better to extend the lockdown of religious places and congregrations till May-31, ledhante mana feaceful bedars pavithra maasam peru tho chesey penta valla hospitals motham ram ram - zam zam ayithayi

Lockdown is only pause button, already governments and people are running out of steam..

This is why

 You can treat 100O0 patients over 100 days but not in 10 days and hope at some point we have a medicine or herd immunity until then only option is to flatten the curve and stretch it out as much as we can

San Francisco is a wealthy city with a lot of IT companies that can afford to work remotely. The same formula doesn't apply to India with a 3rd world economy.. In your quest to flatten the curve you will run the resources and economy to the ground and after that if the cases surge you don't have any capacity.. Most of the cases diagnosed in India are very mild with very few deaths.. It's because of the weather and immunity levels of Indian population..You should slowly reopen the economy with emphasis on social distancing and hygiene.

You are contradicting your point by stating the emphasis on social distancing and hygiene and that is if and  by..what if people don’t follow social distancing then how are we going to control the spread or cure?
