Companies should have a need to move. For companies already in Hyderabad, no need of moving to Amaravati. But, pharmacy companies could have moved to Vizag better than what he did.

Correct, unfortunately people in Andhra don't have as much exposure as people in Telangana. And CBN didn't do enough to attract investments because he was too busy building infrastructure that would attract investors in the long run.
