yaaa..this is part of the harvard univ lecture series on justice..infact this is the first video..
well..the guy's answer is sort of funny in a way but it totally goes out of the realm justice and moral reasoning..
i personally believe that the reason for people finding killing 1 worker is better than 5 when they r driving and then changing their opinion when they r in the scene is because of guilt..1st case its unavoidable..2nd case though ur inaction will cause 5 deaths instead of one, u r not directly getting ur hands dirty..so it is equivalent to saying killing none..very interesting subject..

i think...the first case was already presented to us...in the story of indianised version...kids playing on track..and one kid playing just a few yards away on unused tracks......decide..if train has to crush that kid on unused trak or those 10-20 kids on the rail road track...
