All_is_well Posted April 20, 2020 Report Posted April 20, 2020 కరోనా దెబ్బకు నిరుద్యోగులుగా మారిన కోట్లాదిమంది ఆహారం కోసం అలమటించిపోతున్న వైనం ముందుకొస్తున్న స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థలు కరోనా దెబ్బకు కకావికలైన అమెరికాలో నిరుద్యోగం ఒక్కసారిగా ఆకాశాన్ని తాకింది. వైరస్ కారణంగా లక్షలాదిమంది ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోయి రోడ్డున పడ్డారు. నిరుద్యోగులుగా మారుతున్న కోట్లాదిమంది ఇప్పటికే నిరుద్యోగ భృతి కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. మరోవైపు, ఉద్యోగం కోల్పోయి తిండికి అలమటించిపోతున్న వారు ఆహార పొట్లాలు, విరాళాల కోసం కళ్లు కాయలు కాచేలా ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. దీంతో ఇప్పుడు అమెరికాలో ఉచిత ఆహార పొట్లాలకు విపరీతమైన గిరాకీ ఏర్పడింది. వీటి కోసం జనం గంటల తరబడి ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. వారి పరిస్థితి చూసి చలించి పోతున్న స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థలు ముందుకు వస్తున్నా వారి అవసరాలను తీర్చలేక చేతులెత్తేస్తున్నాయి. కాగా, అమెరికాలో కరోనాకు కేంద్ర బిందువుగా మారిన న్యూయార్క్లో వైరస్ విలయం కొంత నెమ్మదించింది. మరణాలు, కేసుల సంఖ్య తగ్గుముఖం పడుతుండడంతో జనం ఊపిరి పీల్చుకుంటున్నారు. గత రెండు వారాల్లో తొలిసారిగా ఆదివారం న్యూయార్క్లో వందల్లోనే మరణాలు నమోదయ్యాయి.
