you know state 1st ranker also got failed in first year mbbs exams...those exams are tough ...seat konna pratodu time ki finish cheyledu .....they keep on failing and writing exams.....seat konetollu all india level exams pg level lo ekda kanapadaru ....again they have to pay crores to buy those seats...malli veellu vaidyam cheyaru ..they land up in maintaining hospitals ...treatements and surgeries chesevallu vere untaru ...real doctors vaidyam chesevallu veru they study in prestigious colleges and they does treatement...hospital bills management is different again

Both, major proportion of them are unemployable. Had they studied BSc / B.Ed. or something kanisam school teachers perigevallu (more need for them than engineers)

Exactly, a lot of those housewives have Btech degree and trying to become school teachers. Dani badulu M.Sc. or B.Ed. better degree.

B ed/ or Training  is mandatory anyhow to become teacher in a good school last time I heard. It's not like you can directly go to B.Ed after +2 . You gotta have another degree B.Sc or B.com. i.e just being replaced by B.tech according to you

People in general are risk averse whether they are intelligent/hardworking or not. If a path becomes too difficult to navigate, they will not take it. Poor people more so as they will not have options if they fail. The reason why poor/middle class opt for engineering is also the same. It will give them enough money to put food on their plates and have a decent standard of living. India lo unna population ki 500 rank below untene doctor avvali antene comedy. Surely there will be more than 500 people who are intelligent/hardworking enough to become a doctor.

Is Btech in computer science better than BSc/MSc for someone who is teaching Maths or Science?

Also, B.Ed is not mandatory for private school teachers I think (subject to any correction).
