Transfer apply chesina 1 month ki old i-94 expire ayithe kotha employer petition process 6 months theesukovachu regular process lo so ikkada undocha ? I know work ayithe cheyalem 240 days rule for same employer extension ke.

Now it may be fine. But when they process your GC they will look at the experience letters from your employers and there should not be overlap by a day also. That would be a problem.

I was in the same boat. I had pay check ran for 2 employers for 2 months and it was not a suggestible path for GC. Went with it, since no option.
