Yeah mostly that .. but immigration does not mean visa .. visas mostly are non-immigrants ..

I think GC lu process cheyyaremo bcoz new Gc means more new people to country means more people in unemployment and other government benefits ... so it’s better to stop GC proceedings for atleast 2 years so that more government handouts will reach the already needy people ...
