urgent india travel emergency

i have to travel to india in next 1-2 months for a possible family health emergency.

Employer h1 extension ki apply cheyali ani asking.
Na h1 oct 2020 daka valid (no stamping).

ippudu situations:

1. can i travel to india if h1 extension is applied and is in processing( current situation don't know how long it will take)

2. travel to india without h1 extension filing (india lo embassy eppudu open avthado to get stamping on old h1b,  inka ee immigration stopped ani news lo came)

what is best to do in this situation bros? please suggest

meeru chepindhi correct ye, kaani ikkada us lo situation getting worse bro. Oka vellu nenu india lo unnapudu family kids ki edayina aithe, no one will be here to take care of them ( i am thinking in worse if virus situation gets worse and my family gets virus)

decide which one you want most... family emergency vs safety of your family... 

if you have to go no matter what I would say go as a family and deal with it... at least everyone will be together in tough times....

and both can become regretful looking at the current situation
