yeah man...junk food ekuva tintunna...almost 10 pounds gain ayina in the last one and half month..normally I do WFH mostly but edo oka activity vuntunde, gym ki velladam, cycling or beach mida run...lock down start ayinapatinundi bayataki kuda not going and no activity...close to 10 pounds gained..infact, lockdown start ayinapati nundi I think my appetite also increased..oka 4 meals kanistunna daily..over ga tinadam and no activity...
