Yeah they have all variety. Pakka dorkuthayi adjustable vi.But munde store ki call chesi adgi vellu if it is far away.

@Ellen  workout is simple : 30 mins cycling in the community, 100 push ups, 100 crunches, 100 sit-ups, 100 lunges. Few dumbbell exercises for Bicep/triceps and back

50$ ki Bench kooda raadhu..

Decent ones will cost money esp power blocks and bowflex. Cheap ones with iron plates don’t have the correct weight distribution.

4 - 92 kg kettlebells cost about 2000$ I think probably more. Found these more useful than the dumbbells tbh.

Got myself a mirror and TRX ropes too recently.
